Thank you for reading Inner Peace — your support allows me to keep doing this work.
This spring, a reader wrote in privately to say that a recent newsletter helped them navigate a difficult bout with depression. Several others credited Inner Peace with helping them go through the world a little slower and more intentionally, rather than rushing from task to task in an endless loop. Another reader wrote in to say that they’d finally signed up for monthly therapy appointments after putting it off for months.
A few recent comments on Inner Peace:
"I just love your sweet newsletters and they always bring me smiles!"
“Fantastic post/email today. Thanks for sharing. Gave me perspective sorely needed.”
“Loved the writing and the wisdom. Thanks!”
“Wonderful message about what’s really important.”
“Thank you for curating such valuable advice, Matthew, and supporting it with your life experiences.”
Two years ago, I launched this newsletter to share what I’d been reading, pondering, learning, and enjoying. Inner Peace quickly became one of my favorite creative outlets and a way in which we could connect online, away from social media. Today, Inner Peace goes out to several hundred readers, and I look forward to expanding the audience to help more people live peacefully and gently, with a clearer mind in our busy, noisy world.
